The company chooses the best installers through a meticulous selection process by reviewing their resumes, certifications, and pictures of previous work. The company also checks their references, learns about their crew capabilities and availability at various geographic locations to grade them, and selects only high-performing installers. In fact, the founders of FloorMax USA are installers themselves, who draw upon their hands-on experience and learnings to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.Led by Rahman, who has created a contemporary business philosophy with steadfast dedication to flooring, the company has driven the success of numerous clients. One such success story is of a retailer who was in need of proper flooring that was weather-sensitive and could handle the extensive foot traffic. From repairing the moisture-laden sub-floor, choosing the right adhesives, protecting their products, and scheduling installation as per their convenience, FloorMax USA addressed all the concerns of the retailer and came up with the right remedy for their floor.
