Atlantic TNG traces its roots back to the 1960s, when Jack Ditcher laid the foundation of a company with the mission to deliver best-in-class precast concrete products to clients. Building on the same legacy and core values, Megan Kitchner— the third-generation precaster—led the family-owned business through “The Next Generation” or the “TNG” way. She fought all the odds that came her way to give Atlantic a new outlook in 2011, helping it take the helm of the Floridian precast concrete industry. Today, under Kitchner’s leadership, Atlantic TNG serves as an expert, manufacturing products that build, repair, and protect Florida’s critical infrastructure.
“Crafting high-quality precast concrete products is in our DNA, and we specialize in manufacturing a range of storm and sanitary products including manholes, curb inlets, wet wells, and grease interceptors,” says Kitchner, owner and GM of Atlantic TNG.
All of Atlantic TNG’s products are built and cured under controlled conditions at its Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT)-approved plant, making them ideal to support the critical infrastructure. These products are best known for exceeding industry standards, with high durability, dependability, and long service life. In addition, Atlantic TNG adheres to all rigorous state-mandated standards in manufacturing precast concrete products to meets clients’ varying needs. Its trained professionals, who have Precast Concrete Structures Association (PCSA), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) certifications, also contribute to this excellence, enabling it to stay ahead of the competition and be the go-to partner for its broad clientele.
Communication is at the heart of Atlantic TNG’s business model. It believes in open communication with clients, vendors, and partners as well as between teams to help customers meet their objectives within the budget. With its ability to build transparent customer relationships through constant communication, the company eliminates uncertainties in the precast concrete industry, particularly around pricing, and delivers the products that fit their requirements. This is testament to its customer-centricity where the team at Atlantic TNG always pushes its boundaries to provide clients with a solution that best works for them.
Atlantic TNG is also known for its ability to build extremely large structures in multiple sections, making it ideal for transportation and product handling. Recently, it helped a client build long weir walls with precast concrete products, eliminating the need to rely on the complex poured-in-place model. Another instance that illustrates Atlantic TNG’s excellence is its recent collaboration with a client that wanted a large structure to install in manhole. The team fulfilled their goal by providing the structure surrounding their 48- inch steel pipe that encases a 30-inch sewer main.

The right combination of industry experience, technical expertise, and well educated team helps Atlantic TNG hover at the top of the leaderboard in the precast concrete industry. The company is now working with a client, drawing structures and finding the best solution to take their project at Moccasin Wallow Road forward.
“We’re always committed to building better communities not just by supporting infrastructure but also by being a second chance employer, raising awareness for any needs of the community,” says Kitchner.
