Coryell Roofing and Construction

Coryell Roofing and Construction

The current, most significant challenge property owners and contractors face is the supply chain. Roofing materials have not only significantly increased in price, but the materials have also become challenging to secure. That’s where Coryell Roofing and Construction, Inc. comes in. The company’s allegiance and loyalty to its manufacturers have positioned them to have a significant advantage in the market and to have shorter lead times than many roofing companies are experiencing.

Another significant challenge that property owners and contractors face is the shortage of skilled labor. A steady supply of roofing materials doesn’t help property owners or contractors if there are not enough skilled workers to do the job. Here again, Coryell Roofing stands out. CEO of Coryell Roofing, Chris Coryell, explains that his company has “been able to rise above most issues by simply providing an amazing culture and exceptional level of compensation to our team.” He believes that his “team is the greatest benefit we offer to clients,” so it is in the company’s best interest to create a work climate within which each team member thrives.

The conception of Coryell Roofing came from Coryell’s mission to be the most reliable, resourceful, responsible, and reputable roofing contractor in the nation.

Coryell states that “our desire to be a resource at every level of the roof restoration process has allowed us to positively impact the market, not only affecting property owners, but manufacturers, insurers, and associations as well.”

At its core, Coryell provides a level of professionalism not often seen in the roofing industry. Team members are educated, skilled, and trained to provide outstanding service to their clients in areas ranging from safety to system design: “We offer our clients guidance and expertise in an industry that so often fails to see value in doing it right,” says Coryell. The company strives to put the right system on each building to ensure clients have reduced risk from weather elements as well as minimal maintenance and upkeep. In addition to outstanding service, Coryell provides high quality, energy efficient roofing systems produced by industry-respected manufacturers who provide outstanding warranties.

"Our desire to be a resource at every level of the roof restoration process has allowed us to positively impact the market, not only affecting property owners, but manufacturers, insurers, and associations as well," states Chris Coryell, CEO of Coryell Roofing

Coryell’s advice to property owners is to not delay necessary improvements to their facilities. He foresees a massive increase in demand as the roofing industry grapples with and overcomes the supply chain issues and labor shortages. Property owners who postpone needed roofing repairs or replacement in the hope that costs of supplies and materials will go down may find themselves with overbooked contractors unable to meet their needs and roof damage beyond control.

Coryell’s advice to fellow colleagues, who will also be affected by this massive increase in demand, is to put a heavy emphasis on pride and professionalism within their culture. To this end, Coryell leaves his peers with this message: “Our clients benefit from the pride we have in our company. When we put our name on it, we make sure it is right. We aren’t perfect, but we strive for it every day. Our striving for perfection leads to excellence that our clients experience.”
