“Our ability to ship orders in full and on time sets us apart in the cabinet business. The Cosmo C.A.R.E.S initiative ensures that every team member is dedicated to providing excellent service and quality work,” says Umaesh Khaitan, CEO of Cosmo Cabinets.
The Cosmo Advantage
Cosmo Cabinets provides a comprehensive solution that includes cabinets, granite countertops, under-cabinet lighting for the kitchen, bathroom and closet systems. These are designed to add value to apartments at an affordable price and potentially attract higher rent in the rental market.
“Our value proposition for our customers lies in the simplicity of working with one vendor rather than multiple ones to get different products needed in their projects. This allows clients to save time and thousands of dollars compared to sourcing from multiple vendors,” says Khaitan.
High-Quality Manufacturing and Innovative Design
Cosmo Cabinets manufactures full-access frameless kitchen and bath cabinets at a competitive price using the most innovative manufacturing techniques. The cabinets are built using a foldable plastic leg-leveller system that keeps the cabinets four inches away from the floor.
This prevents the cabinets from getting wet in case of water leakages and allows adjustments for uneven floors, combined with extremely easy installation. This system’s effectiveness was demonstrated during Hurricane Irma in New Jersey. A leak in the roof led to water cascading down from the fifth floor to the third floor in all units. Despite this significant water damage, only one kitchen needed to be replaced, thanks to the durable leg system.

Cosmo Cabinets addresses the installation hurdle typical of most companies, by providing a turnkey package that includes full installation services to general contractors and developers. It has a 300,000-square-foot facility in Eatonton, situated in a geographically strategic location for shipping within a 500-mile radius in just one day. The ample space at the facility allows for flexibility to accommodate customer needs and provide storage for any delayed projects. All machines at the facility are in excellent operational state, and it invests heavily in capital equipment to ensure high-quality product outcomes.
It uses Monday.com, a project management software that has been customized to suit its needs and allows it to effectively oversee and track every project. This platform ensures that all departments, from supply chain to installation, are connected and organized, allowing the team to stay in touch. The average cabinet experience of the team of managers is 18 years, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business. The company is proud of the cohesive team that works seamlessly toward delivering a high-quality product using innovative technology, design, and materials in every cabinet.
The company is also a certified member of the National Green Building Council (NGBC) and specializes in providing green certification for multi-family projects. The cabinets can help companies earn two points toward their certification process. All the cabinets meet the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA) standards and come with the KCMA seal.
A New Generation of Cabinets
Cosmo Cabinets is considering backward integration to produce certain raw materials in-house for use in the U.S. and is looking for acquisitions to expand its footprint. It aims to provide customers with a comprehensive solution that combines the advantages of both worlds and expands national reach. This will also allow the company to streamline operations and reduce costs for customers. The goal is to consistently offer a high-quality product that is durable, sustainable and affordable. This strategic approach to backward integration and acquisitions positions Cosmo Cabinets for long-term success and growth in the market.
