A well-maintained commercial parking lot or pavement plays a vital role in the success of a business. Along with safety and functionality, regular maintenance also enhances the overall aesthetic of a space and leaves a positive impression on customers and guests. DMI Paving and Sealcoating, the leading commercial sealcoating and paving contractor in Florida, knows the secret sauce. Backed by 65 years in the construction industry, DMI’s paving experts maintain and beautify parking lots of restaurants, medical centers, HOAs, retail stores, office buildings, hotels, apartment communities and more, across the state.

DMI offers services that extend the life of asphalt pavements and parking lots. Services include sealcoating, asphalt repairs, resurfacing, concrete work, ADA compliance, parking striping, as well as maintenance of sidewalks and curbs. There is no question that DMI is in its zone of genius as they ensure superior customer experience at reasonable prices, supporting commercial property owners all over Florida.

“Our reliability, professionalism, and experience in providing quality service and efficient maintenance allow customers to resume business operations without any interruptions,” says Leiddy Fernandez, Marketing Director of DMI Paving and Sealcoating.

Regular asphalt maintenance is the most sought-after service from DMI, with seal coating being the most popular. Sealcoating involves applying two coats of a coal tar based emulsion to the parking surface, protecting it from damaging UV rays, vehicle fluids and water. DMI’s paving experts highly recommend regular sealcoating every three to five years, depending on the amount of traffic at the facility.

This routine extends the life of the parking lot and in some cases prevents the expensive need to fully reconstruct parking lots later on, saving property owner’s time, money, and effort.

Sealcoating is the beautifier as well. A sealcoat layer atop asphalt gives a commercial parking lot the “it” factor customers and guests are looking for.
