The project’s primary objective was to replace an existing hospital operating in the region for more than 30 years. Morgan Consulting Engineers is responsible for leading the design and construction management of a new larger project of more than double the original size that will allow for even more comprehensive services for the community. Some of the minor figures of the project include the expansion of the neonatal intensive care unit from 60 to 90 beds and increasing the number of operating theatres from three to seven. The design is completed, and the construction stage will commence soon.
