The construction procedure is comparable to how it was when the first skyscrapers were erected in many aspects. Building information modeling (BIM) is becoming more important as technology transforms different parts of the industry, mainly how all stakeholders communicate.
BIM is a technique for architects, developers, and construction managers to interact and answer issues before and during the construction process by creating a detailed model of a proposed structure feasibly. This has the advantage of allowing all stakeholders to share information and potentially avoid costly errors.
Previously, an architect would make two-dimensional blueprints on paper and sometimes a three-dimensional model to depict how the structure should look.
