Even when they have a clear image of their ideal house, the average consumer has difficulty putting their thoughts into words. Consequently, a communication gap develops between the customer and the designer, resulting in circumstances where the finished home falls short of the customer's expectations. This obstacle was underlined, especially during the recent lockdown due to the worldwide covid-19 outbreak.
