The story dates back to 1958 when Dr.Ing. Leonhard Obermeyer founded the company OBERMEYER from a one person engineering office in Krailling near Munich. And what helps the company optimize all those factors is the company’s BIM solution, based on which the company lays out the most effective design for the particular building.

The innovative three dimensional BIM method enables all project teams to coordinate their activities, intervene in a timely manner in case of any potential clashes, and thus prevent any mismanagement doldrums during construction. The model also enables the creation of simulations and analyses that helps the building proposal to be continuously optimized without the need for a lengthy and costly redesign of documents.
