The company offers 13’ wide PVC seamless sheets made with high-quality Evaloy KEE PVC membrane, specially crafted for virtually seamless installation. The white PVC membrane is a proprietary formulation that blends DuPont™ KEE (ketone ethylene ester) and PVC to offer superior UV performance and the highest chemical resistance in a single-ply roofing product. These PVC membranes are designed with testing procedures that include internal and external ratings for volumetric modular. This is the only product line in North America that undergoes testing of this nature.
The company also offers black PVC KEE membranes that have all the key benefits of the standard white C3 PVC-KEE membrane and are the perfect solution for areas where white isn’t appropriate. The matte finish is perfect for airports and other high-traffic areas where glare must be kept at a minimum. RPW Modular has two major upcoming projects in the pipeline. One of them is reroofing the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton, Ontario, using the new black C3 PVC membrane. The other project involves assisting Guild Crest in Morewood, Ontario, assisting with all aspects of the roofing construction of these buildings from start to finish.
It designs accessory products compatible with all single-ply membranes, unlike others that are specific to certain product types. An illustrative example of its capabilities can be seen in the following example: One of its clients, embarked on a project a few years ago that involved using insulation boards on their exterior roof for the first time.
