Durable and stylish glass railing systems that combine innovative design and cutting-edge technology enhance the aesthetics of architectural structures while improving safety.

Bringing 65 years of experience in metal fabrication, Wagner delivers a wide range of customizable, high-performing architectural glass balustrade systems, including Legato glass post railing systems, Level Lock Plus® dry glaze glass railing system, suitable for numerous applications.

“Our PanelGrip system is widely used across high-profile buildings and stadiums and is compliant with building codes. It is certified by the International Code Council (ICC) and listed under the ICC-ES ESR-3950,” says Alexander Seeboth, product manager at Wagner.

Wagner’s latest patented Level Lock Plus system has been developed with its years of glass shoe moulding experience. With in-shoe leveling functionality, the system allows installers to compensate for any curvature in the glass panels or uneven mounting surface by tilting the glass two degrees in either direction.

Blending simplicity with style, Wagner offers the easy-toinstall, sleek Legato collection, available in a range of attractive design options for a customized look. While working with a local university, the Wagner team, along with a professional engineer, tailored the product as per client needs. The client wanted to install Legato glass post railings in a remodeled building, which did not have the appropriate concrete slabs to set up the product. The team redesigned the mounting system so that the railings could be installed securely.

Backed by a dedicated, in-house design-to-order engineering team and code experts, Wagner serves local and regional fabricators and some of the largest architectural firms in the country. It helps develop high-quality guardrails that meet the design intent of the architects and preserve the original vision of the project while complying with code requirements and site conditions.

Wagner also supports installers, glaziers, and architects with test reports and code validation documents and walks them through the installation process as needed. It provides full turnkey solutions for general contractors and building developers, including 3D scanning of sites, conducting field measurements to engineer railing systems that meet site needs, installation, and even on-site consultations.

Wagner’s range of solutions also includes illuminated handrail options. The Wagner team was selected to design and manufacture custom guardrail and handrail throughout a natural cave— illuminating the uneven walking surfaces and improving visitor safety. However, the fragile ecosystem of the cave meant the team had to redesign the product to fit the existing mounting holes used by the original railings. Wagner digitally scanned the entire cave and rendered an accurate 3D model to measure the required railing specifications. The team then customized its product, Lumenpod® 28, to deliver a railing design that fits like a glove while offering excellent color rendering and improved safety for visitors.

By using stainless steel, Wagner ensures its products are lowmaintenance. Customers can increase the longevity of the products by following the guidelines for cleaning the railings provided by the team. If a repair or replacement is required, Wagner always has the correct parts to make the railing look as good as new.
